The Minimalist (The Home Gym Project)
The minimalist home gym project is my attempt at making the most effective workout space possible with the least amount of equipment. Hence the “minimalist” in the title. Who is this minimalist home gym for? It is for those who want to create a space in their home where they can get in a good workout whenever they please. The type of workouts involved here would be H.I.I.T. type workouts, strength resistance workouts, and/or light cardio. This minimalist home gym is great for those who need to do a little extra work outside of what they do at the gym. It is also great for those just need 20 to 30 minutes a day to get in a good sweat, using up minimal space, without having to leave the comfort of their own home.
